About the position

As a Manager of QHSE Operations, you play a crucial role in implementing the QHSE policy, focused on production and supply chain. You are responsible for leading quality teams and safety experts (4 teamleads, total 15 FTE), supporting improvement processes, and complying with relevant requirements and legislation. You organize and coordinate tasks within quality and safety, conduct performance reviews, lead improvement projects, and encourage collaboration for better results. You report to the Corporate Manager QHSE & CSR.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced manager with a relevant higher education degree, at least 5 years of managerial experience, knowledge of QHS and OSH at HVK level, understanding of safety legislation, and experience in a production/logistics environment. Knowledge of QHSE management systems and good communication skills in Dutch, English, and/or German are essential.
