OCRE Offshore Services is looking for an experienced Works Manager for a long-term project in Egypt.
In this versatile position, you will be the on-site operational point of contact. You’ll coordinate the daily dredging operations, maintain communication with the client and local stakeholders, and manage the vessels involved in the project.
An ideal role for a hands-on coordinator with strong communication skills — at the level of a Site Manager or Works Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily planning and follow-up of activities on-site
- Coordinating and managing the crew on 2–3 vessels
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and technically correct execution (pumping, dumping, rainbowing)
- Managing contact with the client and local third parties
- Developing and following up on working methods, schedules, and reporting
- Monitoring QHSE standards (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
- Reporting clearly to the project team and headquarters
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or maritime field
- Proven experience in a similar role within dredging or offshore projects
- Strong technical background and operational insight
- Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
- Languages: English is required, Dutch and/or Arabic is a plus
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented personality
