For what purposes do we process personal data?

• To communicate with you as a candidate, contact or client to carry out our services;

Where did we get your personal data?

• You filled in a form on one of our websites;
• You applied for one of our vacancies on our job site (jobs.ocre.nl);
• You filled in information in our online employment portal or mobile app;
• Public platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data

• You gave OCRE permission for processing;

Sharing personal data with third parties

OCRE will never provide any information you provide to third parties that are not relevant to the recruitment/ selection process. Data we process when you are an applicant

• First and last name;
• Date of birth, age and gender;
• Resume and all the information it entails;
• Photo (when added in your resume);
• Information about your availability and work/ job preferences;
• Other information that may be needed to fulfill our recruitment process such as references and certifications;
• Report(s) made regarding job (introductory) interview(s).

Data we process when you work with or through OCRE as a (self-employed) professional

• First and last name;
• Date of birth, age and gender;
• Marital status;
• Resume and all the information it entails;
• Photo (when added in your resume);
• Information about your availability and work/ job preferences;
• Other information that may be needed to fulfill our recruitment process such as references and certifications;
• Driver’s license if applicable;
• Passport or other identification information;
• Social security number (exclusively for legal obligations of, among other things, legal deductions)
• Information about work permit(s) if necessary;
• Payment/bank details;
• (If applicable) For self-employed professional, company details (including Chamber of Commerce/KBO number, VAT number);

Data we process when you are a website visitor

OCRE uses Google Analytics to track user behavior and to optimize our website for the best user experience. All data that is processed during this process can be found on the google analytics website.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by OCRE Group and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@ocre.nl.
OCRE Group would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
